Tell us about your experience in a couple of paragraphs
I am a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Psychology and is now finishing my masters in Guidance and Counseling. Both experiences helped me developed and honed my skills in training and group dynamics. In this field, I have deepened my appreciation of understanding behavior as an individual and as part of a group or community/organization and people’s interaction in general. Also, I used to work in an NGO that serves street children and children with very poor background. Currently, I am connected with a State University in the Philippines which one of the thrusts is research and extension. I believe that my experiences has contributed to my research background and knowledge.
